About you.

As all Digipolitans’, you love to cut the digital transformation crap. You have a positive and pragmatic mindset. You are able to simplify complexity. And above all: you get energy by letting your clients shine, generating fast and tangible success.
 
You will join our team as E-commerce Manager, operating together with respected, results-driven, hands-on and pragmatic experts and managers. All with proven success in leading digital companies such as Coolblue, Google, AOL, Proximus, ING, Veepee, Mobile Vikings, DPG Media and LG Electronics. But our team is also looking forward to learn from you. 

Your skills:
​
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in conversion rate optimization/e-commerce management/digital channel management, ideally for a leading digital player, 
  • Experience in analytics platforms, like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics,
  • Passionate about consumer behavior, UX and customer centricity,
  • Experience with A/B testing,
  • Strong problem solver mentality,
  • An analytical mindset, to interpret reports and derive insights from it,
  • Proactive and able to work independently, taking ownership of work,
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, including a high level of English grammar,
  • Enthusiastic and confident, with the ability to interact well with people on a personal and professional level,
  • A born team player,
  • Eager to learn and to share knowledge,
  • Fluent in English and French, native in Dutch.

What we expect

We want you to have fun. And bringing fun in the team. Performance management is one of the domains we exploit, in order to leverage our client’s revenue and cost efficiency. You will work hand in hand with our experts in other domains, such as intelligence, product & pricing, digital marketing, digital channels, digital media and e-sales.

As an E-commerce Manager, you:

  • analyze quantitative and qualitative date sources, like Google and Adobe Analytics or customer feedback reports, to derive actionable insights.
  • translate actionable insights into concrete projects and improvements, to optimize conversions. 
  • implement best case practices, to increase the end user experience and usability of the digital channel. 
  • set priorities to develop the conversion optimization strategy roadmap, in collaboration with the client.
  • develop hypotheses and execute iterative A/B tests, to continuously optimize web metrics.
  • lead the execution of the conversion optimization strategy, to ensure results.
  • build a strong relationship with the client and its partners, to increase business growth.
  • follow new trends, technologies and tools related to E-commerce and conversion optimization, keeping the company at the forefront of this area as our expert.
