About you.

As all Digipolitans’, you love to cut the digital transformation crap. You have a positive and pragmatic mindset. You are able to simplify complexity. And above all: you get energy by letting your clients shine, generating fast and tangible success.
 
As a Business Development Manager you will work closely together with our management team and an enthusiastic team of digital specialists. They make innovation, transformation and digitalization happen in established Belgian and international companies such as: Proximus, Telenet, Coolblue, Google, ING, P&V Verzekeringen, Royal Belgian Football Association, Nationale Loterij, VRT, Bpost, Matexi, DPGMedia, RTL,…


Your skills:​
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in IT, software or consulting solutions
  • You are a real hunter and get energy from generating new leads
  • You can detect market potential and scope the challenges and needs of potential clients
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • You have clear verbal and written communication skills
  • You have a strong problem solver mentality
  • You are proactive, independent and dedicated
  • You have an enthusiastic and confident personality and can interact well with people on a personal and professional level
  • You are a born team player
  • You are eager to learn and to share knowledge

What we expect

We want you to have fun. And bringing fun in the team. Performance management is one of the domains we exploit, in order to leverage our client’s revenue and cost efficiency. You will work hand in hand with our experts in other domains, such as intelligence, product & pricing, digital marketing, digital channels, digital media and e-sales.

As a Business Development Manager, you:
  • You generate new business opportunities in profit, non-profit and consultancy industries by prospecting (cold calling, social media approach, e-mail marketing)
  • You perform sales presentations to customers and prospects
  • You develop end-to-end sales plans and maintain cold calling lists
  • You build a strong relationship with clients and prospects
  • You provide general sales support to our management
  • You are flexible and like to tackle a variety of customer challenges, even those who might be out of your comfort zone
  • You follow new trends/technologies/tools and you share this knowledge with the team so that everyone is up to speed
