Proximus wanted to measure the digital mindset and knowledge of the new digital ecosystem of the different departments in the Consumer and Enterprise Business Unit. Based on that, teams needed to be made more digital, end-to-end, data driven and consumer-centric. Including a pragmatic and always-on mindset.

Solution. |
Digipolitans created an assessment of the digital mindset and knowledge, for all employees. Based on this starting point measurement, a three day bootcamp was developed, using our detect-connect-convert model. Tailor made on department level, including theory, inspiration of best in class, concrete models and frameworks. In a concluding workshop, all new knowledge was then applied on an in-company case. This to make things really stick and close, to their day-to day work.

More than 300 employees of different departments followed this three day bootcamp, giving it an average score of 8.9 out of 10.

The bootcamp and workshop increased the mindset and knowledge of the new ecosystem, to support the digital change of Proximus. It also provided the different teams a common framework and language, to accelerate innovation.
